Sdn. Bhd. (ARI) was incorporated in 1998
with the intention to venture into business of
supplying industrial and commercial control products.
However, subsequently in the year the company
did not commence business as the investment was
re-assessed due to the economy turmoil.
Negotiations with overseas suppliers were put
on-hold until the opportunity to deal with Yamatake
Corporation arises. The Board of Directors has
then decided that the Company should be activated
to market only Yamatake products as Yamatake
promises excellent quality and complete products
range in this industry. Much efforts and time
has then invested to ensure that the Company
is granted the distributorship of Yamatake products.
The official distributorship was then granted
and ARI has committed to concentrate solely
on marketing Yamatake products. |
